Superior School of Real Estate coming to BV.

As reported in the Charlotte Business Journal: A 4, 600-square-foot classroom will provide space for 131 students. Superior School’s headquarters will be above the Villa Antonio restaurant. The Charlotte-based school had previously operated out of offices in SouthPark. ” We chose Ballantyne Village to give our students a unique setting for pursuing their real estate education,” says Steve Connell, the school’s director of operations. ” There’s a campus-like atmosphere here at Ballantyne. Students can make a day of it, sitting down for coffee with their laptops and taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi throughout the village or enjoying lunch at the many specialty restaurants.” Superior School will begin classes at the new location July 1.
